Dessinateur Projeteur en bâtiment spécialisé dans le logement collectif pour la constitution de DCE

Nous sommes une société de Promotion Immobilière spécialisée dans la construction de programmes de logements sociaux collectifs.Nous réalisons l'ingénierie de la construction depuis la recherche foncière jusqu'à la remise des clés, et notamment le montage technique des dossiers de consultation des entreprises. Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous souhaitons confier une partie de la production des dossiers à des partenaires, et spécifiquement la réalisation des Plans 1/50 des DCE.Nous recherchons à ce titre un (ou plusieurs) dessinateur projeteur spécialisé dans le logement collectif. Il devra maîtriser les règlementations (DTU, normes, sécurité incendie, accessibilité PMR, etc.).Sur la base d'un dossier PC, il devra produire l'ensemble des documents graphiques (plans, coupes, façades, détails dimensionnés, nomenclatures, etc.)
